You won't believe that this is possible, to do this there is a one trick where you can also implement on your system make to speak. Go to start button --> Select "RUN" option and type in box as "Control Speech" then Enter. Speech Properties window box appears, in that type "Use the following text to preview the voice" and then click on Preview Voice button, that's it you can listen the voice.
According to the speed or listening you can adjust it for, Slow, Normal, Fast methods.
